Electroforming

After the holographic origination, the holographic image is now ready to be transferred onto a nickel shim. It is necessary to generate a durable metal replica of the holographic image in order to be used as a tool for the production mass of finished products.

This is made possible in our electroforming department, where our unique galvanic process is used to create the nickel shim. In addition, we provide electroforming services to an increasing number of universities and independent research institutes involved in the generation and evaluation of new optical devices. Just as you have received a graphic proposal of the hologram before its origination, we will provide you with an approval shim before completing your order.
